While he was housed in the Boone County Jail awaiting sentencing on one crime, David Dragon committed a second crime. Dragon was ordered to serve his sentence on the second crime consecutive to the sentence on the first crime. Dragon then filed a Motion to Correct Erroneous Sentence, which the trial court denied.
