PERRY, Commissioner. On August 16, 1943, the grand jury of Johnson county returned an indictment against the appellant, charging him with the crime of feloniously and knowingly receiving from Lester VanHoose stolen property, to-wit, a Jersey cow, the property of Earl VanHoose, alleged to be of the value of more than $20. On trial he was convicted and sentenced to serve a term of two years in the state penitentiary.
